PETERSON SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. – Col. Bryan J. Dutcher, commander of Space Delta 13, presided over the National Security Space Institute’s transfer of responsibility ceremony May 30, where Lt. Col. Albert C. Harris III assumed leadership from outgoing director James Moschgat. The ceremony included the traditional passing of the guidon and was attended by members of the NSSI staff and leadership from across the U.S. Space Force. The NSSI provides space professional continuing education to the Department of Defense, U.S. government entities and international partners in order to develop graduates with the intellectual capacity and agility to deter conflict, defend capabilities and defeat aggression in the space domain.
