Chief Master Sergeant ANDREA L. RODRIGUEZ Chief Master Sergeant Rodriguez serves as the Senior Enlisted Advisor, Intelligence Directorate, Space Training and Readiness Command, Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. In this role, she advises the Director on all matters influencing the welfare, readiness, and development of intelligence Guardians, shaping STARCOM’s ability to train, equip, and prepare the force for future conflict. She leads enlisted force development, strengthens organizational culture, and ensures the Directorate’s intelligence professionals are postured to meet the demands of the national defense strategy. CMSgt Rodriguez was born in Ilion, New York, on 30 May 1986. She enlisted in the Air Force in December of 2006. Following completion of Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, she moved on to advance her skills by attending two technical training schools. The first was the Signals Intelligence Analyst training in Pensacola, Florida, and the second was the Morse Code Operator training at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. As her career progressed, CMSgt Rodriguez further honed her expertise by attending a third technical training school, the Joint Cyber Analysis Course, again in Pensacola, Florida. Subsequently, she transitioned into the Cyber Intelligence Career Field, expanding her scope of knowledge and skills. CMSgt Rodriguez began her career as a Morse code operator at the 303rd Intelligence Squadron, Osan Air Base, South Korea. She then served as a Signals Analyst at the 32nd Intelligence Squadron, Fort Meade, Maryland. Afterward, she joined a prestigious Green Door assignment at the Royal Air Force base in Feltwell, UK, as part of the 18th Intelligence Squadron, following advanced training in the CHIMERA course at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. In Feltwell, she excelled in Intelligence space operations, earning Space Wings and certifications in all analytical positions, and held key roles such as Mission Supervisor and Chief of Standards & Evaluations. Her journey continued with the Joint Cyber Analysis Course, leading to eight years as a defensive cyber-intelligence analyst and Cyber Exploitation Analyst with the 35th Intelligence Squadron at Lackland AFB, Texas. Later, at the 836th Cyber Operations Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland AFB, Texas, she led the Defense Cyber Operations Intelligence flight, supporting four National Cyber Protection Teams. Her adaptability saw her assume various leadership roles, including filling in for Flight Commander, Defense Cyber Operations Intelligence Cell Chief, First Sergeant, and Squadron Superintendent. In February 2021, Chief Master Sergeant Rodriguez joined the United States Space Force, assuming the role of Branch Manager for Cyber Intelligence Integrations at the Space Operations Command's ISR Mission Area Team, based at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this capacity, she was instrumental in formulating policies and spearheading the integration of cyber intelligence within the Space Force. Her collaboration with the ISR Delta (Delta 7) and affiliated units was key to enhancing their ongoing and future missions. As the USSF's Ranking Cyber Intelligence Analyst, CMSgt Rodriguez also served as the Subject Matter Expert, assisting the HQ Intelligence Career Field Manager in developing and advancing the career field for the service. In October 2023, she assumed duties as the Senior Enlisted Leader, 3d Space Operations Squadron, Schriever SFB, Colorado. She led a diverse team of space operators charged with defending U.S. and allied space assets. Under her leadership, the squadron advanced Guardian development and produced four USSF-level Polaris Award winners, further cementing its reputation as the nation’s premier space defense unit. She now serves as the Senior Enlisted Advisor at the Intelligence Directorate, Space Training and Readiness Command, Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.
