Chief Master Sergeant STEVEN A. SWEEDEN Chief Master Sgt. Steven A. Sweeden is the Senior Enlisted Leader at Space Delta 11, Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. He oversees five squadrons directing space range and aggressor environments, advancing space training for electromagnetic, orbital, and cyber warfare capabilities. He guides the development and enhancement of the enlisted force and manages delta-wide manpower, resources, plans and policy. Chief Sweeden entered the Air Force in October 2004 out of Norman, Oklahoma. He transferred to the Space Force in December 2020. He is an honor graduate from Basic Military Training and a distinguished graduate from two technical training courses, Electronic Principles and Ground Radio Communications. He has served 18 years in various positions at the squadron, wing, and headquarters level including a 2-year assignment as Tinker Air Force Base’s Honor Guard Noncommissioned Officer in Charge and the 99th Air Base Wing’s Inspector General Superintendent. He has deployed to Iraq and Africa in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Enduring Freedom - Horn of Africa.
