Chief Master Sergeant HEATHER VALENTI

CMSgt Heather N. Valenti is the Senior Enlisted Leader of Space Delta 11 (Range, Aggressors, Training, Exercises, and Weapons School), Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. She oversees 8 squadrons and 2 detachments responsible for delivering realistic, threat-informed test, training, and exercise capabilities to the United States Space Force and Joint and Coalition elements through live, virtual, and constructive threat replication of electro-magnetic, orbital, and cyber environments.

CMSgt Valenti grew up in various states across the US, as well as in Portugal. She enlisted in the Air Force in 2009 from Dover, Delaware and upon completion of Basic Military Training, she completed Operations Intelligence technical training at Goodfellow AFB, Texas. She has since led intelligence operations in support of various platforms to include the MQ-1, MQ-9, RQ-4, U-2, F-15, F-16, A-10, RC-135, and space. She has also participated in deployed operations in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE, and FREEDOM SENTINEL. In February of 2021, CMSgt Valenti transferred to the Space Force. Prior to her current assignment, she served as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 527th Space Aggressor Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado.
